Three ways to reach Story-Market Fit

Pick the one that matches what you're solving for, not what sounds the most impressive. If you're not sure, book an intro call. I'll tell you which one I'd actually recommend.

Narrative sprint

4-6 weeksOne-on-one with the founder

This is for the founder who knows the company is doing something real but cannot yet explain it in a way that lands. Investors keep saying "interesting" without writing a cheque. The team can't agree on what the homepage should say. The deck has been rewritten four times and feels worse each time.

The problem is almost never the deck. It's that the underlying story has not been resolved. The sprint exists to resolve it.

What we do
Week 1

Diagnose. We pull apart the current messaging, look at your last three investor meetings, your LinkedIn, your homepage, your pitch deck. Find where the story breaks.

Week 2-3

Rebuild. Value proposition. Audience-specific messaging for investors, customers, hires. The one-sentence answer to "what do you do" that holds up across every channel.

Week 4-5

Apply. We rewrite the deck, the homepage, the LinkedIn About, the founder bio. Train you on how to use the new framework with AI tools so it stays coherent as you scale.

Week 6

Handover. Documented messaging architecture, prompt library, and a 90-day content plan.

AI workshop

90 minutes livePlus async workspace setupTeams of up to 15Online or in-person

Most AI training teaches tools. That's not the problem. The problem is that the team is using AI but the output sounds like every other AI-written marketing on LinkedIn. Generic, hedged, slightly off-voice.

This workshop fixes that. We don't tour features. We start with what your team is actually doing all day, find where AI helps, and build prompts that sound like your brand instead of nobody's brand.

What we do
Pre-work

I review the team's existing content (LinkedIn, blog, sales materials, internal comms) to understand the voice we're protecting.

Live, 90 min

Map the team's current workflow. Identify the three to five places where AI actually helps. Build prompts together for each one. Live test against real tasks. Discuss what NOT to use AI for.

Async setup

I configure the team's AI workspace (Claude project, ChatGPT custom GPT, or both) with their brand voice, audience, and example outputs built in. They keep this.

Ongoing advisory

Monthly retainer3-month minimum

This is for companies past the sprint stage who need someone in the room week to week. The story is mostly there. The team is in motion. What's needed is someone who can keep the message coherent as the company grows, the team hires, and the channels multiply.

Most companies lose Story-Market Fit not by failing to find it but by drifting away from it. New hires write in new voices. New products get new taglines. New channels create new versions of the same idea. The advisory work is the anti-drift function.

What we do
Who this is for

Retainer pricing depends on company stage, content volume, and the level of strategic involvement you need. We scope it together on the first call.
